Evan Castle

Tell us about yourself.

Uh, sure. My name’s Evan Castle. I’m twenty-six, a Scorpio, and a grad student living in Michigan. Tall. Chilled out and down to earth, I guess. I’m the lead singer in a rock band called Seriously Evan, and I tutor in French to help pay my rent.

What’s your passion?

Molly Ivers. And Music.

Did you have a happy childhood? Why/why not?

I did have a happy childhood. I was lucky enough to have great parents, and the more I’ve learned about different family dynamics toward my degree, the more thankful I’ve become for how awesome my parents were growing up. They’re the best.

Are you a Dom or a Sub? Favorite sexual position?
I think the relationship should be consensual and equal. But I usually take the lead during sex. Favorite position? Read the book, and you’ll figure it out. 😉

What do you do to relax?
I sing onstage. I’m a pretty laid back person, but when I’m performing, I lose myself in the music, and it helps me to chill out and focus, especially if a certain someone’s in the room. I’m not naming names.

Do you have a girlfriend, or a past/ present relationship you’d like to discuss?

I’m single right now despite what the fans of my rock band would have you believe, but not too long ago I almost had a relationship with Molly. She’s a neighbor in the building I live in. We shared this unbelievable, unexpected amazing night together, but then I screwed it up the next day. She got the wrong idea about the fans that tend to follow me around from our shows, and since I lost the chance with her, I’ve been holding out hope that she’ll ditch the idiot she’s with and reconsider. I’m pretty sure she thinks I’m a player.

What’s your favorite TV show of all time and why?

Kids in the Hall. It’s an older comedy show from the late eighties/early nineties from up north, with a lot of improv comedy skits like Saturday Night Live. I own several boxed sets of it. Laughter’s one of the greatest things in the world, and that show is so damned funny.

Do you scream on roller coasters? Do you lift up your hands?

Hell yes! If you don’t, what are you doing with your life?

Tea or coffee?

This often surprises people, but I’m a tea drinker. I enjoy a good coffee to get me going, but in my family, we grew up drinking tea, and that’s what I drink mostly.

What’s your favorite material object that you already own?

My black leather jacket. It’s worn, but comfortable. I bought it in my senior year of high school. It wasn’t something I’d normally buy back then. It was a bit of a segue into the life I’m living now. I feel like it’s a part of who I am as a person.

If you had to describe yourself using three words, it would be…

Confident, opportunistic, and private.

Why “private”? Are you hiding something?

You’ll have to read the book to find out…

Let us know if you have any questions for Evan in the comments!

Synopsis

Molly Ivers has always known she’d marry a foreign man with a delicious accent. Six months ago, in a night of unbridled passion, Molly gave her virginity to her friend and sexy-as-can-be neighbor, rocker Evan Castle. Unfortunately, thanks to his swarm of constant groupies, things didn’t work out, but they remained friends. Now, after having just broken up with her boring, run-of-the-mill, right wing boyfriend Sean, she’s on the verge of finishing her graduate degree, moving to Paris, and is desperate to shake things up!

She’s had a crush on Nicholas Sullivan, her British professor, for as long as she can remember. So when opportunity comes knocking to spice up her appearance in the form of a French life coach, she hires Jean Luc Dubois to help her let her hair down and become more Parisian and hip…to reflect the person she is within. Thanks to Jean Luc’s magic, she starts to catch her hunky English professor’s eye, but the more time she spends with Evan, the more she begins to realize that her Prince Charming might just be the one she’s known all along.
